Social Intelligence tracks brand conversation, sentiment, and share of voice across social and video — how much people are talking about you, how they feel, and how big your slice of the category is. Open it from Consumer Insights → Social.

Why you'd use it
Answers "how is the brand doing in conversation right now", and answers it relative to the category rather than in isolation.
Step 1 — Set the view and read your KPIs
Choose a Date range and All Platforms (or a single channel), and use Export to download the data. The four KPI cards give you the headline numbers, each compared to last week:
Topic Spikes — sudden jumps in conversation.
Est. Reach — how many people your mentions reached.
Net Sentiment — overall positive versus negative feeling.
Mentions — how many times you were mentioned.
Step 2 — Switch analysis views
Use the tabs to dig into different angles: Share of Voice (your slice of the category), Sentiment (positive and negative over time), Topics (what people are talking about), and Channels (where the conversation is happening).
Step 3 — Read your Share of Voice
The Your Share of Category Conversation panel shows your percentage of category voice, your category rank, how it's changed versus the prior period, and a split of you versus the rest of the category.
When to come here
Weekly brand health check. Before any leadership or board update. After a campaign lands, to see whether it moved conversation share.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is "Share of Voice"?
Your portion of all the conversation in your category. A low percentage means most category mentions are about competitors rather than you.
What does "Net Sentiment" tell me?
The balance of positive versus negative mentions. A positive number means more good than bad; watch the "vs last week" delta for shifts.
Why would I get a Topic Spike?
Something drove a sudden burst of conversation — a campaign, a news event, or an issue. Check the Topics tab to see what.
How is this different from Brand Brain?
Brand Brain is the always-on intelligence stream; Social Intelligence is the focused social-listening dashboard (sentiment, reach, share of voice) you filter and export.
Can I export the data?
Yes — use the Export button (top-right) to download the metrics for the selected period.
