Goals lets you track targets and aspirations across your account, platforms, and campaigns — set what "good" looks like, and see how many goals are on track. Open it from AI Paid Media → Goals.

Why you'd use it
Set the targets your account is supposed to hit, CPA, ROAS, lead volume, spend pacing, at account, platform, or campaign level, and let Zocket track them continuously. Every goal shows On track, At risk, or Breached, and the Overview page's Goal highlight paces against these numbers.
Step 1 — Track overall achievement
The top card shows Overall Goal Achievement — the share of active goals on track this month, how it changed versus the previous period, an "X of Y goals on track" count, and your best month so far. The Goal achievement rate chart plots the share on track at each month end over the last 3, 6 or 12 months against a 100% line. Click Create goal (top-right) to add a new target.
Step 2 — Filter and read your goals
Use the filter tabs to focus the list: by status (All / On track / At risk / Breached), by cadence (All / Weekly / Monthly), and by state (All / Active / Paused). Each goal row shows its Goal, Scope (account, platform or campaign), Current value, Target, Progress, Status, and Created At.
When to come here
During onboarding, to encode the client's targets. Monthly, to review the achievement trend and reset targets. When a goal flips to At risk, that's your cue to open Chat and ask why.
Frequently Asked Questions
What can I set a goal on?
Targets like spend, CPL, ROAS, or lead volume — scoped to your whole account, a specific platform, or a single campaign.
What do "At risk" and "Breached" mean?
At risk means trending toward missing the target; Breached means already past the threshold. Filter to these to see what needs attention first.
One of my goals says "No data" — what does that mean?
Nothing has been measured against it yet, usually because the platform or campaign it is scoped to has no activity in the period. That is different from Breached, which means it was measured and missed.
Why is achievement 0%?
You have no goals yet. Click Create goal to add one — the chart and percentage populate once goals exist and data flows in.
Can I ask the AI about my goals?
Yes — the Ask Zocket AI about your goals box answers questions like "which goals are breached?" or "why is QL off track?"
Weekly or monthly goals?
The cadence sets the period the goal is measured over — filter by it to separate short-term from longer-term targets.
