Generating variations, and running a QC pass

Declare what must stay identical, and ask for findings before fixes.

Variations

"Create two more variations" leaves the model to decide what varies, and it usually

picks the offer block or the logo, which are the two things you least want moving.

Declare the lock list.

Generate [n] variations of [the attached creative].
LOCK, identical across all variations: offer copy and values, legal line,
logo lockup and placement, product visual.
VARY: [layout composition / background / offer block treatment / crop].
Each variation must be visibly distinct at thumbnail size.
Label them V1, V2, V3.

QC pass

"Do a proper QC and make sure it follows brand guidelines" cannot be actioned, because

the guidelines are not in the prompt. Give it the checklist, and ask for findings before

fixes, otherwise the QC pass introduces fresh drift while it corrects.

Run a QC pass against this checklist. Report pass or fail per item.
1 COPY: proofread all text. Flag typos, casing, and any URL that
    should be lowercase.
2 OFFERS: every value matches the brief exactly: [list them].
3 LEGAL: terms line present; validity reads "[exact date]".
4 LOGO: correct lockup, correct anchor, clear space [n]px, not redrawn.
 5 COLOUR: background [#XXXXXX to #XXXXXX]; accent [#XXXXXX].
6 TYPE: [font and weight] headline; [font and weight] body.
7 SAFE AREA: no text or key element within [n]px of any edge.
8 LEGIBILITY: all copy readable at 50% zoom.
9 PRODUCT: not distorted, recoloured or altered.
10 NO ADDITIONS: no offer, price, claim or spec beyond the brief.
Report findings first. Do not fix anything until I confirm.

Brand constants belong in the prompt, or in Brand Brain

A link to a brand portal cannot be opened from inside a prompt. Paste the values

instead: the hex codes, the type, the safe margin, the tagline, the legal footer

wording. Better still, load them into Brand Brain once and they stop needing to be in

any prompt at all.
