Reports: reviews, reputation and AI visibility

Reporting is one of the most used things in Zocket. Name the window, the channels and the comparison.

Reporting is one of the heaviest uses of Zocket, and the requests that work share a

shape: a named window, named channels, and something to compare against. Without a

comparison period you get numbers; with one you get a finding.

A social listening or reputation report

Build a [social listening / reputation] report for [brand] covering
[exact dates], as a [monthly / quarterly] roll-up.
Channels: [organic social, review sites, app stores, marketplaces].
Compare against [the prior period, with the same window length].
For every headline number, show the movement, not just the value.

A review report you can act on

Ask for the exact wording. A sentiment score tells you the temperature; the quotes tell

you what to fix.

Create a report on customer reviews from [date] to [date] across
[channels]. Focus on negative reviews. Include the exact wording rather
than a summary, grouped by what the complaint is about.

An AI visibility report

How assistants describe a brand is now part of how customers meet it, and most teams

have never looked.

Create an AI visibility report for [brand and URL]. Show how ChatGPT,
Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI Overview describe us, what
they get wrong, and where a competitor appears instead of us.

Make it look like yours

Attach a document you already use and ask it to take the styling from there. That is

the fastest route to something presentable to a leadership team.

Use the attached document as the reference for font, style and colour,
and build the report to match. It needs to be presentable as it stands.
